The staff's hospitality was mind-blowing, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms exceeded expectations with high-quality furnishings. The price and quality of the hotel in this region were incredibly good. The location was super convenient, right in the center with all major attractions within a 10-minute walk.

unbeatable and exceptionally nice location for our visit to yakutiye medrese museum at a moderate distance from the hotel. comfortable beds, brand-new rooms.

We were there for 3 days, everything was perfect, liked its excellent location near to the mosque, Erzurum during Ramazan and Georgian valley. The room was tidy plus it had a safe box, multi-channel television and a mini bar fridge👍

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a 5-minute walk to Erzurum center. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, the room is equipped with a mini bar fridge, a writing table, and an iron/ironing board. The staff is extremely friendly.

I recently stayed at Saltuk Hotel in Erzurum for a few days and had an amazing time. The hotel owner was very nice and helpful, and the staff, especially Hakan and Hayati, were incredibly friendly and spoke fluent English. The location was perfect, close to everything, including the ski center and Palandokan mountain. The breakfast was just right, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. I also loved that I could leave my luggage at the reception after checking out. I felt like I was at home and the price-quality relationship was excellent.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
